I think one of my favourite interactions is this one in 1x03: Hide and Seek.
SHEPPARD: I think you're gonna need a bigger boat. McKAY (over comms): Size doesn't matter. SHEPPARD: That's a myth. McKAY: It'll fit.
*Coffs* Not necessarily great lines but it's the way they said it that made me think 'oh...double entendre!' My mind went there all on it's own. But yes. They both have fantastic lines, and yes: i will bring it with me :o)
