I've just made my first header image for this journal. I think it's okay if you don't look too hard at it - but my Paint Shop Pro skills need a lot of work!

I've had to change the layout and style of the journal as i couldn't find a tutorial on how to upload it to the layout i had - so i'm not sure about this new layout! Not too fond of the colours, but they work with the image.....i think! (I've never been particularly artistic).

Anyway - what do people think? Yay or nay?

Thank you! I tried following lots of different tutorials, but the program didn't do what it was supposed to...so i ended up playing around a lot (for several hours, when i should have been stripping paint off the banisters). I've just got to figure out how to get rid of the mistakes now!

BTW - I could stare at your icon ALL day *happy sigh*.

Love it! For a first attempt it is fantastic. I saw this icon over at greatestjournal and immediately thought of you. What do you think? Damn, those pictures on your header make me think of how Jack/Daniel used to be ... I seriously need to get into this fandome methinks *blink*.

Mmmmmm...John *drools*. He's so pretty manly handsome. I absolutely adore Rodney....but John....i ♥ him! *uses John icon as well*.

Thank-you about the header...are the mistakes very obvious to you? Cos i look at it, and my eyes are drawn straight to the mistakes...but i'm curious how much they stand out to other people. I'm possibly going to try and re-make it tonight, to get rid of the errors, but i'm quite proud of it. (it took me a couple of hours...when i probably should have been paint stripping...hehehe)

Like i keep saying - McShep is the fandom to be in :o)

Mistakes? I do not notice any personally but then I do not know much about creating banners and such like nor about the Atlantis fandom.

Hmmmm the McShep fandom also doesn't have the astrosicity of the Jack/Sam 'ship'. 'True luv'! I'll have to see whenever they repeat it on TV or I persuade you to bring over your DVDs for a day of drooling? *wink*
